Wednesday, Oct. 8 is Walk or Bike to School Day
On Wednesday, Oct. 8, children in more than 40 countries will join anĀ international movement, called Walk or Bike to School Day in Cleveland Heights and University Heights.
Walk or Bike to School Day promotes physical activity, which boosts children’s learning and reduces traffic congestion around schools.
Thanks to area schools’ physical educationĀ teachers, principals and parent-teacher associations; the Cleveland Heights-University Heights City School District, the City of Cleveland Heights (and of course, Heights Bicycle Coalition) for supporting this activity.
