For a fun and relaxing evening, don’t miss Free Wheelin’ Wednesdays, offered for free by Heights Bicycle Coalition to all who can ride a bicycle. The rides are every other Wednesday during summer months. They start at 6:30 p.m. from the Coventry Peace Arch. Please wear a helmet. This year’s line-up includes the following:
• June 4 – Meandering Ride, led by Mary Dunbar. No destination, just a mind-clearing tour of Heights neighborhoods
• June 18 – RIDE CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER.  RESCHEDULE FOR AUG 27.
• July 2 – Kid-Themed Ride, led by Sarah O’Keeffe. Ride to some of the Heights best destinations for kids, and play. KID-THEMED RIDE ROUTE MAP
• July 16 – Pub-Crawl Ride, led by Tom Ligman. For adults who want to try our local pubs. PUB CRAWL ROUTE MAP
• July 30 – Park Synagogue and Environs, led by Bert and Alice Stratton. Learn about and appreciate our Heights Jewish heritage
• August 13 – Family-Paced Shaker Lakes Ride, led by Greg Jolivette. After more than 100 years as parkland, the Shaker Lakes remain a draw for families.  SHAKER LAKES EAST ROUTE MAP
• August 27 – Forest Hill Historical Ride, led by Joy Henderson. Forest Hill Park was the home of John D. Rockefeller, the ride will explore the park and Rockefeller’s family history. In collaboration with The Cleveland Heights Historical Society.
